Structural Changes at French Subsidiary buland
“buland“ renamed to “TKM France“

With immediate effect, buland which is located near Lille and belongs to the TKM Group has a new company structure and operates under a new name and logo.

TKM France (formerly buland) distributes machine knives for the print and packaging industry as well as the paper processing industry. The main market is France.

After a change in the management was made already in March (General Manager is Pieter Dewaele directly reporting to Thomas Störte), the change of the name aims at further promoting the awareness of the TKM brand and product range.

In future, customer care will be effected by industry-specific product specialists who are responsible for the entire country. In the past, the customers were attended on a regional and cross-industry basis.

The specialisation allows us to address our customers with higher competence and expertise and to offer them enhanced solutions tailored to their individual needs. Additionally, the specialisation will not only be advantageous for our customers but also boost the motivation of our employees as they are now able to focus on the requirements of a branch more intensely than before. The requirements of our customers will thus be recognised earlier and more precisely and individual solutions will be proposed sooner.

In addition to the distribution, TKM France offers a regrinding service with in-house pick-up and delivery service in order to strengthen customer loyalty and care.
