Complementary Products

For polishing and cleaning of parallel surfaces at circular products (knives and rings), a polishing device is available. The machine is designed for diameters of 450 mm and of course it is provided with the CE sign.

In order to complement the initial equipment of Slitting Lines, IKS Klingelnberg offers the Software CASKA for the design of knife shafts.

Using CASKA, cutting programs can be adapted individually. Depending on the knife shaft, CASKA calculates the optimum combination of tools to be used and specifies the required number of tools.

With CASKA tools can be used in a time-saving way.
